52 year old female seen for a fat transfer consult. She desired an augmentation of her bilateral buttock area for a more shapely buttock area after a 30 pound weight loss through diet and exercise. She demonstrated a mild generalized adiposity of the abdomen and flank areas. She underwent a fat transfer from her abdomen and flanks to her buttocks. A total of 720 mL’s of fat was aspirated and placed in the buttocks area.
