42 year old female seen for a panniculectomy consult in May 2020. She previously underwent gastric procedure in 2018 and lost between 70 & 80 pounds. The heavy pannus caused issues with back pain and rashes in the skin fold beneath the pannus. She underwent a panniculectomy in September 2020. A total of 2,140 grams (5 pounds) of skin was removed from her abdomen. The patient is happy with her results and is feeling better after surgery.
