61 year old female who underwent gastric bypass surgery in 2010 and subsequently lost 150 pounds. At the time of her consult in 2017, the patient had loose skin of the abdomen and lower back areas. She also had a history of rashes under the skin fold beneath the panniculus. She underwent a panniculectomy in 2017 and a total of 2150 grams of skin and tissue was removed from her abdomen (5lbs).
