37 year old female who underwent gastric sleeve surgery in 2017 and subsequently lost 140 pounds. At the time of her consult, the patient had a large abdominal panniculus and stated she had a problem with the apron of her lower abdomen. She also suffered from skin rashes under the skin fold beneath the panniculus. She underwent a panniculectomy July 2019 and a total of 9979 grams of skin and tissue was removed from her abdomen (22lbs). Patient will need a second surgery after additional weight loss.
