50 year old female who underwent gastric bypass surgery in 2011 and subsequently lost 120 pounds. At the time of her consult in 2014, the patient had a large abdominal panniculus and her weight had been stable for more than 6 months. She underwent a panniculectomy in 2015 and a total of 7230 grams of skin and tissue was removed from her abdomen (15lbs).
