53 year old female who underwent gastric bypass surgery in 2015 and subsequently lost 100 pounds. At the time of her consult in 2016, the patient had a large abdominal panniculus with a history of rashes under the skin fold as well as back pain. She underwent a panniculectomy in 2016 and a total of 4024 grams of skin and tissue was removed from her abdomen (9lbs).
