33 year old female was seen for a panniculectomy consultation in 2017. She had no history of gastric bypass or sleeve surgery. Her weight of 281 was stable for 6 months prior to seeing me. At the time of her consult, the patient had a large abdominal panniculus with a history of boils and rashes. She underwent a panniculectomy in 2018 and a total of 10,698 grams of skin and tissue was removed from her abdomen and back area (23lbs).
