57 year old female was seen for bilateral breast lift. She previously underwent a gastric bypass procedure in 2010. After the procedure she lost 166 pounds. Prior to surgery, the patient was a B/C cup with first-degree ptosis. The left breast was slightly larger than the right. She was satisfied with her breast size but wanted symmetry. The patient is happy with her results.
