58 year female was seen for a bilateral breast reduction. She suffered from neck, back and shoulder for 6 years prior to her consultation. Prior to surgery, she was DD cup size with third-degree ptosis. Her left breast was larger than the right. 1882 grams of skin and tissue was removed from her bilateral breasts (4lbs). After surgery, she stated her pre-operative symptoms have resolved.
