66 year old female seen for an upper and lower eyelid lift. Her upper eyelids were causing visual obstructions which were confirmed by a visual field test. The patient also had bagginess of her lower eyelids. She underwent an upper and lower blepharoplasty to remove the excess upper eyelid skin as well as removing orbital fat from the medial lateral compartments of her lower eyelids. The patient was happy with her results.
