26 year old female seen for a lower eyelid lift (blepharoplasty). Patient complained of puffy, tired looking eyes with dark circles. There appeared to be 2 layers of fat pockets. She underwent a lower blepharoplasty in 2019. The orbital fat was removed from the medial and lateral compartments. The excess skin was excised. The patient was happy with her results.
