50 year old female seen for a lower eyelid lift (blepharoplasty). Patient complained of puffy, tired looking eyes with dark circles. The right lower eyelid was more severe than the left lower eyelid. She underwent a lower blepharoplasty in 2018. The orbital fat was removed from the medial and lateral compartments. the excess skin was excised. The patient was happy with her results.
