45 year old female who was seen for a lower blepharoplasty consult. Her main complaint was puffiness of the bilateral lower eyelids. She felt like she looked tired all of the time and topical creams did not improve her condition. A lower blepharoplasty was performed. The fat from the medial and lateral compartments were excised along with excess skin of the lower eyelid. The patient was happy with her end result.
