38 year old female was seen for breast enhancement. She is 5’2″ and weighs 149lbs. She desired to be a full C or small D cup size. Patients left breast was slightly larger than the right before the enhancement. Smooth, round high profile implants were used. 550 cc on the right breast and 500 cc on the left breast to produce symmetry.
