Breast Reduction #13072

49 year old female was seen for a bilateral breast reduction. She is 5’8″ and weighs 203 pounds. She had a long history of long heavy breast and suffered from shoulder, neck and lower back pain along with numbness in her hands. Prior to surgery, she was an I cup size and had third-degree ptosis. The right breast was larger than the left. A total of 2,000 grams of skin and tissue was removed from her bilateral breasts (4.4 lbs). After surgery, the patient stated that her pre-operative symptoms were resolved.
