36 year old female was seen for a bilateral breast reduction. She had a long history of large heavy breast and suffered from shoulder, neck and lower back pain Prior to surgery, she was an G cup size and had third-degree ptosis. The right breast was larger than the left. A total of 1,87 grams of skin and tissue was removed from her bilateral breasts (4 lbs). After surgery, the patient stated that her pre-operative symptoms were resolved.
