48 year old female was seen for a bilateral breast reduction consult. The patient underwent gastric sleeve surgery 9 years ago and lost 138 pounds. The patient suffered from shoulder, neck and lower back pain. Prior to surgery, she was a DDD cup size and had third-degree ptosis. The left breast was larger than the right. A total of 1,203 grams of skin and tissue was removed from her bilateral breasts (2.6lbs). After surgery, the patient stated that her pre-operative symptoms were resolved.
