51-year-old female was seen for a bilateral breast reduction. She had a history of large heavy breast as well as shoulder, neck and lower back pain. Prior to surgery, she was an DD cup size and had third-degree ptosis. The right breast was larger than the left. A total of 1,861 grams of skin and tissue was removed from her bilateral breasts (4 lbs). After surgery, the patient stated her pre-operative symptoms have resolved.
