53-year-old female was seen for a bilateral breast reduction. She underwent gastric sleeve surgery in 2013 and lost 153 pounds. She had a history of large heavy breast as well as shoulder, neck and lower back pain. Prior to surgery, she was an DD cup size and had third-degree ptosis. The left was slightly larger than the right. A total of 1,160 grams of skin and tissue was removed from her bilateral breasts (2.5 pounds). After surgery, the patient stated her pre-operative symptoms were resolved.
