42 year old female was seen for a bilateral breast reduction. She had a long history of long heavy breast and suffered from shoulder, neck and lower back pain. Prior to surgery, she was an HH cup size and had third-degree ptosis. The breast symmetry was essentially balanced. A total of 1,890 grams of skin and tissue was removed from her bilateral breasts (4 pounds). After surgery, the patient stated that her pre-operative symptoms were resolved.
