28 year old female seen for a bilateral breast reduction. She has a long history of long heavy breast and suffered from shoulder, neck and lower back pain. Prior to surgery, she was a DD cup size and had third-degree ptosis. The left breast was larger than the right. A total of 2,522 grams of skin and tissue was removed from her bilateral breasts (5.5lbs). After surgery, the patient stated that her pre-operative symptoms were resolved.
