23-year-old female was seen for a bilateral breast reduction. She has a history of large heavy breasts. The patient suffered from upper & lower back pain, shoulder pain with permanent indentions in her shoulders from her bra straps as well as neck pain. Prior to surgery, she was a G cup size and had second-degree ptosis. The right breast was larger than the left. A total of 1,307 grams of skin and tissue was removed from her bilateral breasts (3 lbs). After surgery, the patient stated that her pre-operative symptoms were resolved.
