47 year old female was seen for a bilateral breast reduction. The patient had a history of upper and lower back pain as well as neck and shoulder pain prior to her consultation. Prior to surgery, she was an DDD cup size with third-degree ptosis and her bra straps were cutting into her shoulders. Her left breast was larger than the right breast. A total of 1,979 grams of skin and tissue were removed from her bilateral breasts (4lbs).
