47 year female was seen for a bilateral breast reduction. The patient’s symptoms of upper and lower back pain have been present for 18+ years prior to her consultation. Prior to surgery, she was a DD cup size had third-degree ptosis. The left breast was larger than the right breast. 783 grams of skin and tissue was removed from her bilateral breasts (2lbs). After surgery, the patient stated her pre-operative symptoms have resolved.
