25 year female was seen for a bilateral breast reduction. The patient had a history of upper and lower back pain as well as neck and shoulder pain prior to her consultation. Prior to surgery, she was an I cup size with third-degree ptosis and her bra straps were cutting into her shoulders. 1,184 grams of skin and tissue were removed from her bilateral breasts (3lbs).
