53 year old female was seen for a bilateral breast reduction. She has had large heavy breast for years. The patient suffered from upper & lower back pain and neck pain. Prior to surgery, she was a DDD cup size and had third-degree ptosis. The right breast was larger than the left. A total of 1,592 grams of skin and tissue was removed from her bilateral breasts (3.5lbs). After surgery, the patient stated that her pre-operative symptoms were resolved.
