55 year old female was seen for a bilateral breast reduction. She had large breast for years. The patient’s symptoms of upper, lower back and neck pain have been present for the last 2 years prior to her consultation. Prior to surgery, she was an F/G cup size and had third-degree ptosis. The right breast was larger than the left. A total of 3,056 grams of skin and tissue was removed from her bilateral breasts (7lbs). After surgery, the patient stated her pre-operative symptoms have resolved.
