53 year female was seen for a bilateral breast reduction. She underwent gastric sleeve surgery in 2010 and lost over 100 pounds. She had large breast for years. The patient’s symptoms of upper, lower back and neck pain have been present for several years prior to her consultation. Prior to surgery, she was a DDD cup size had third-degree ptosis. The left breast was larger than that right. 1,450 grams of skin and tissue was removed from her bilateral breasts (3lbs). After surgery, the patient stated her pre-operative symptoms have resolved.
