Breast Reduction #13066

59 year old female was seen for a bilateral breast reduction. She underwent gastric sleeve surgery 1 year prior to this surgery. The patient’s symptoms of lower back, neck and shoulder pain have been present for several years. She also suffers from rashes in the skin fold beneath the breast. Prior to surgery, she was a D cup size and had third-degree ptosis. Her breasts were balanced in size. A total of 824 grams of skin and tissue was removed from her bilateral breasts (2 lbs). After surgery, the patient stated her pre-operative symptoms have resolved.
