25-year-old female was seen for a bilateral breast reduction. She has had large heavy breasts for years. The patient suffered from upper & lower back pain and neck pain. Prior to surgery, she was an H cup size and had third-degree ptosis. The left breast was larger than the right. A total of 2,268 grams of skin and tissue was removed from her bilateral breasts (5 lbs). After surgery, the patient stated that her pre-operative symptoms were resolved.
