60 year female was seen for a bilateral breast reduction. The patient’s symptoms of neck, back and shoulder pain became worse 5 years prior to her consultation. Prior to surgery she was DD cup size with third-degree ptosis. The left breast was larger than the right. 2032 grams of skin and tissue was removed from her bilateral breasts (5lbs). After surgery, the patient stated her pre-operative symptoms have resolved.
