Breast Reduction #13052

34 year female was seen for a bilateral breast reduction. The patient’s symptoms of neck, back and shoulder pain had been present for years but got worse two years ago. Prior to surgery, the patient did not know her breast cup size. She did have third-degree ptosis. The left breast was slightly larger than the right. 2066 grams of skin and tissue was removed from her bilateral breasts (4.5lbs). After surgery, the patient stated her pre-operative symptoms have resolved.
