A 38-year-old female was seen for bilateral breast reduction. The patient’s symptoms of neck, back, and shoulder pain worsened 10 years prior to her consultation. Before surgery, she was an H cup size with third-degree ptosis, and the right breast was larger than the left. A total of 2,934 grams of skin and tissue were removed from her bilateral breasts (6.5 lbs). After surgery, the patient reported that her pre-operative symptoms had resolved.
