48 year female was seen for a bilateral breast reduction. The patient’s symptoms of neck, back and shoulder pain had been present more than 10 years prior to her consultation. She also suffered from skin irritation under each breast. Prior to surgery she was DDD cup size with third-degree ptosis. The right breast was slightly larger than the left. 2740 grams of skin and tissue was removed from her bilateral breasts (8lbs). After surgery, the patient stated her pre-operative symptoms have resolved.
