47 year female was seen for a bilateral breast reduction. The patient’s symptoms of upper and lower back pain have been present for several years prior to her consultation. Prior to surgery, she was a DDD cup size had third-degree ptosis and the breast symmetry was essentially balanced. 1425 grams of skin and tissue was removed from her bilateral breasts (3lbs). After surgery, the patient stated her pre-operative symptoms have resolved.
