34 year female was seen for a bilateral breast reduction. The patient’s symptoms of neck, back and shoulder pain was a problem for over 10 years prior to her consultation. She also suffered from rashes between her breasts. Prior to surgery, she was a JJ cup size with third-degree ptosis. The left breast was larger than the right. 3702 grams of skin and tissue was removed from her bilateral breasts (8lbs). After surgery, the patient stated her pre-operative symptoms have resolved.
