23 year female was seen for a bilateral breast reduction. The patient had symptoms of upper back and shoulder pain as well as irritation of the skin beneath the breasts. Prior to surgery she was J-K cup size with third-degree ptosis. The left breast was larger than the right. 1734 grams of skin and tissue was removed from her bilateral breasts (4lbs). After surgery, the patient stated her pre-operative symptoms have resolved.
