46 year female was seen for a bilateral breast reduction. She underwent gastric bypass surgery in 2016 and lost 85lbs. The patient’s symptoms of neck, back and shoulder pain had been present for several years prior. She also suffered from skin irritation under each breast. Prior to surgery she was DDD cup size with third-degree ptosis. The left breast was slightly larger than the right. After surgery, the patient stated her pre-operative symptoms have resolved.
