50 year female was seen for a bilateral breast reduction. She suffered from back and shoulder pain since age 18. Prior to surgery she was DDD cup size with third-degree ptosis. Her right breast was larger than the left. 1932 grams of skin and tissue was removed from her bilateral breasts (4.25lbs). After surgery, she stated her pre-operative symptoms have resolved.
