43 year old female was seen for a bilateral breast reduction. She had a history of large heavy breast as well as shoulder, neck and lower back pain. She also had a history of headaches related to her neck and shoulder pain. She alos suffered from indentions in her shoulders from the bra straps. Prior to surgery, she was an DDD cup size and had moderate pseudoptosis of the bilateral breasts. The left breast was larger than the right. A total of 1,813 grams of skin and tissue was removed from her bilateral breasts (4 lbs). After surgery, the patient stated her pre-operative symptoms were resolved.
