22 year old female seen for a fat transfer consult. She desired an augmentation of her bilateral buttock area for a more shapely buttock area. She demonstrated a mild to moderate generalized adiposity of the abdomen and flank areas. She underwent a fat transfer from her abdomen and flanks to her buttocks. A total of 1500 mL’s of fat was aspirated and placed in the buttocks area. The patient was happy with her results.
