38 year old female seen for a fat transfer consult. She desired an augmentation of her bilateral buttock area for a more shapely buttock area and less fatty tissue of her abdomen. She underwent a fat transfer from her abdomen and flanks to her buttocks. A total of 1800 mL’s of fat was aspirated from the abdomen and flanks and placed in the buttocks area. The patient was happy with her results.
