46 year old female seen for a fat transfer consult. She desired an augmentation of her bilateral buttock area for a more shapely buttock area. She complained that her abdomen was out of proportion to her buttock. She wanted to look better, including fitting in clothing. She underwent a fat transfer from her abdomen and flanks to her buttocks. A total of 2000 mL’s of fat was aspirated from the abdomen and placed in the buttocks area. The patient was happy with her results.
