61 year old female seen for a mommy makeover. Patient underwent gastric bypass surgery in 2004 and subsequently lost 110 pounds. Patient complained of unevenness of her abdomen. One side is more asymmetrical than the other. She also suffered from rashes and skin sores of the abdominal skin. Regarding her breasts, patient was not happy with her “droopy” breasts. She was DDD cup size with third-degree ptosis and had to wear heavy support bras. She also suffered from rashes beneath the breasts. She underwent a tummy tuck and breast lift in 2018. 2,116 grams of skin was removed from her abdomen (4.6lbs). The patient was happy with her results.
