66 year old male seen for a neck lift consult. He states the condition started as a little pouch under the chin. Over time it worsened. The condition was present for over 10 years and he was unhappy with the appearance. He underwent a neck lift in 2018. Excess skin was removed from the chin and tightly pulled back. He was happy with his results.
