40 year old female who underwent gastric bypass surgery in 2008 and subsequently lost over 100 pounds. At the time of her consult, the patient had a large abdominal panniculus and stated she had a problem with the apron of her lower abdomen. She also suffered from skin rashes under the skin fold beneath the panniculus. She underwent a panniculectomy March2019 and a total of 4493 grams of skin and tissue was removed from her abdomen (10lbs).
