43 year old female who underwent gastric sleeve surgery in the past and subsequently lost over 100 pounds. At the time of her consult, the patient had a large abdominal panniculus and stated she had a problem with the apron of her lower abdomen as well as some back rolls. She underwent a 360 panniculectomy July 2019 and a total of 8,346 grams of skin and tissue was removed from her abdomen and back (18lbs).
