67 year old female with a history of a large abdominal panniculus and multiple recurrent abdominal wall hernias. She suffered from abdominal pain across the abdomen. The weight of her panniculus affected her balance. She also suffered from skin rashes under the skin fold beneath the panniculus. She underwent a panniculectomy and a total of 4,624 grams of skin and tissue was removed from her abdomen (10lbs).
