41 year old female who underwent lap band surgery in 2010 and subsequently lost 100 pounds. At the time of her consult in 2017, the patient had a large abdominal panniculus and stated she had a problem with an apron of her lower abdomen for the past 15 years. She also suffered from skin rashes under the skin fold beneath the panniculus. She underwent a panniculectomy in 2017 and a total of 3786 grams of skin and tissue was removed from her abdomen (8lbs).
