50 year old female who underwent gastric bypass surgery in 2011 and subsequently lost 150 pounds. At the time of her consult in 2016, the patient had a large abdominal panniculus with a history of rashes under the skin fold beneath the panniculus. Her weight was stable for 6 months prior to her consult. She underwent a panniculectomy in 2016 and a total of 7412 grams of skin and tissue was removed from her abdomen (16lbs).
